Full Review of the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner
The Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner is an upright cleaner with superb manoeuvrability due to the fact that it rides on a single centrally positioned ball rather than wheels. This means that it can swing in any direction rather than just forward and back. The turbo pet brush on the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner removes even the most stubborn pet hair, and from all those little places where only pets seem able to go! The long reach wand is released with just one click and can be reversed to reach difficult spots. All of the tools travel on board. The HEPA filters expel clean air and the bagless cylinder is easy to empty with its trigger mechanism and experiences no loss of suction. For an upright cleaner the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner is surprisingly light. Like all uprights, it is also easy to store, with a small footprint, and no trailing hoses or leads.
Great Efficiency from the Dyson DC24 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner
I have quite literally never got so much pet hair out of my carpets before I got a Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner. Because I had heard such good reports, I vacuumed my carpet with my old cleaner when I got my Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner first and then used the Dyson. I was shocked by the amount of hair, dust and grit that the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner removed and a bit horrified that my granddaughter had been rolling around in it all! The ball technology makes it very manoeuvrable and the clip out wand is a great idea, saving fiddling about with attaching hoses and similar.
Only Small Gripes with the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner…
The Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner has loads of good points, but some of the problems are fairly major in a cleaner of this price. The wand is a brilliant innovation, but the angle of it makes cleaning the stairs rather awkward; the nearest to the cleaner need you to be a bit of a contortionist and the further ones need the cleaner to be lifted from the bottom of the flight, which is a bit cumbersome. Apart from the animal turbo head, the tools are quite small on the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner which means that cleaning other than with the main brushes can be rather time consuming. The filters need a lot of looking after, but that’s filters for you; it wouldn’t be any different with any other cleaner, so it seems unfair to moan about those. Because the Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner picks up such a huge amount of shed hair and also ground in dirt, the filters easily clog, so that really is a bit of a good thing; if it wasn’t so efficient, the filters would stay clean longer, so I really wont complain! The power lead, though reasonably long, has to be unwound to use.
Overall Great Performance
If you have pets (not to mention grandchildren see above!) it is the answer to your prayer. The Dyson DC25 Animal Bagless Vacuum Cleaner may have a few design glitches when it comes to its stair cleaning capacity, for example, but there are few machines on the market to touch it for removing pet hair.

I had hoped that the new Dyson DC25 would be as good if not better then our old DC17, boy was I wrong. The cleaner does not offer a lot of suction power. It fails to pick up all the cat hair in my home. I thought the DC 17 was a great vacuum but after trying out the Dyson DC 25, I wouldn’t recommend the new line of Dyson vacuums to anyone.
